Your assessment offers a moment to reflect on your organisation today. In return for completing it, you can request a free QR design through VisiQR. Tell us the destination, choose a background direction and add any design notes.
The design is prepared manually from your brief. One reward is available per email address within a 12-month period.
How we use your information
VisiMedia uses your assessment responses for its People, Tools & Process research, and your name, email and QR requirements to prepare and deliver your requested design. Authorised staff can access these records. The QR fulfilment notification contains your contact details and design brief, without your assessment answers.
Campaign answers, QR requirements, contact details, report requests, follow-up permissions and reward eligibility records are retained for 12 months from submission. Your on-device draft expires after 24 hours. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive personal information in free-text answers or design notes.
Assessment follow-up and a report are separate, optional choices handled manually. Research updates and general VisiMedia news are two independent email subscriptions. Leaving a choice unticked does not subscribe or unsubscribe you. Marketing consent and suppression records follow their separate retention policy, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
